how to disable sticky keys Popup Dialogs ?

While doing something , like playing game or doing a important project and a sticky key dialogue box  appears . And you answer it  "NO" , then next day it pop up again . This is really annoying .
Yes , it may be a helpful feature for some people but not for rest of us .

STEP 1:
Click on "Go to the Ease of Access Center to disable the keyboard shortcut" when this dialogue box appears .
Or if you don't click on this link . You can just navigate through control panel to the Ease of access center .
Find the link for "Make the keyboard easier to use "

STEP 2:
When you are there , You have to make sure " Turn on Sticky Keys " check box is empty or we can say this feature is inactive at that time .
STEP 3: (FINAL STEP)
Now click on link "Set up sticky keys" and turn off the the check box "Turn on Sticky keys when Sticky is pressed five times" in keyboard shortcut .

Annoying dialogue box is now fixed. It will not pop up when SHIFT KEY is pressed 5 times intentionally or accidentally .

Hope this is useful ...

What are Stickeys and Filter keys ..???

STICKY KEYS and FILTER KEYS are designed to provide a number of accessibility features that are designed to make the keyboard easier to use .

STICKY KEYS

Sticky Keys is an accessibility feature to help computer users who have physical disabilities, but it is also used by others as a means to reduce repetitive strain injury (or a syndrome called the Emacs Pinky). It essentially serializes keystrokes instead of pressing multiple keys at a time: Sticky Keys allows the user to press and release a modifier key, such as Shift, Ctrl, Alt,or the Windows key, and have it remain active until any other key is pressed.

For example, when pressing Ctrl + A to select all , a user would normally hold the Ctrl key down, then press the A key, and finally release both keys at the same time. With Sticky Keys active, the user can press and release the Ctrl key, and then press the A key to complete the keystroke, so that only one key is physically held down at a time.

The operating system will allow the following keys to "stick".

  •     Alt
  •     Ctrl
  •     Shift
  •     Windows Logo Key
HOW TO ENABLE STICKY KEYS ??

FIRST METHOD :
If SHIFT KEY is pressed 5 times intentionally or accidentally . A dialogue box will appear .

Just click on "Yes" and Sticky keys are enabled .

SECOND METHOD:

FILTER KEYS
Filter Keys can be used to control the keyboard in the following ways.

  •     Ignore repeated keystrokes - If a user accidentally presses a key more than once within a specified period, the system will act as if the key was pressed only once.
  •     Ignore quick keystrokes - The system will ignore all keystrokes unless the key is pressed down for a specified period. If a user accidentally presses keys that were not intended, the system will ignore them.
  •     Set the repeat delay - When a user presses a key and holds it down, the system first accepts the key as a single keystroke. After a specified time, the key will start to repeat. The period between the time the keystroke is first accepted, and the time the keystroke begins to repeat, is called the repeat delay.
  • Set the repeat rate - When a key is held down and begins to repeat, the repeat rate specifies the rate at which the key should be repeated by the system.
